Customers on our salt delivery route are typically serviced every 8–10 weeks, depending on route schedules, weather, and service demand. During each visit, our technician fills the brine tank, checks system operation, and can replace filters or UV bulbs when needed — keeping your equipment running smoothly without the guesswork. Filters are generally changed every 8–12 months and UV bulbs once a year.
There is no fee to participate in the salt route program. Customers are charged only for the salt delivered and any filters, UV bulbs, or parts replaced during the visit. Additional charges may apply for special scheduling requests or deliveries outside the normal route cycle. Salt delivery requests are reviewed and scheduled for the next available route in your area or when the designated delivery route begins.
