Service calls requiring a dedicated technician trip are subject to a standard service call fee of $120.00, plus the cost of any parts or materials used during the repair. This applies to customers who own their equipment and whose warranty coverage has expired. Customers leasing equipment from Alford Water Conditioning typically do not pay for standard service calls or replacement parts. However, charges may apply if equipment damage is caused by improper care, misuse, negligence, or inadequate protection of equipment. Customers are responsible for any parts and labor associated with freeze damage resulting from insufficient shelter or protection of the equipment.
